Once we have a final design we then pass it through to our digital printing equipment. The choice of which system is used and what type of media your printed vehicle graphics are outputted on depends largely on your application. For example promotional vehicle graphics are printed onto a medium grade vinyl material and no protective over laminate is required. For more permanent work we would output onto a premium grade vinyl material and apply a crystal clear protective over laminate. This will protect the print and extend the life of the graphics.

The Gerber edge system is ideally suited to smaller full colour graphics. This machine can "contour" cut your graphics. This basically means it will cut your printed design out from the surrounding material- this gives you a neatly finished graphic.
